Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. You'll build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help them navigate our website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
