Staff Accountant

Home based, CST or EST preferred.  

Job Summary

The Staff Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day, full-cycle, reputed company functions of the organization in conformity with US GAAP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Update banking information daily, create ACH payments, and apply payments

• Create accounts receivable invoices in Great Plains from reputed company files

• Post AR payments to sales invoices

• Prepare month end journal entries for accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, reputed company, other allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Responsible for reviewing reputed company to determine reputed company calculation

• Prepare end of study reconciliations for the AR team

• Research AR variances as per the CRO's/Sponsors and work with internal teams to determine if adjustments, corrections, or credits are needed

• Prepare intercompany entries

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Business Administration in reputed company from an accredited university is required or equivalent experience.

• One+ years experience in GL reputed company preferred

• Master’s Degree in reputed company is preferred

• Great Plains experience preferred

• Oncology experience preferred
