Position Duties
As an Executive Policy Specialist 2, you will reputed company and manage policy areas reputed company to both the Office of Income Maintenance (OIM) and the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL). In this role, you will be responsible for independently analyzing reputed company policy issues and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to reputed company solutions that align with state priorities. This work includes reviewing major service areas reputed company these offices, conducting comprehensive policy research, and recommending executive policy changes. This position requires a high level of self-direction and the ability to reputed company handle problem resolution, stakeholders, and multiple priorities.
Work Schedule and Additional Information
- Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week
- Work hours will range from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (candidate may decide schedule).
This position is home headquartered. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet reputed company and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements
- One year as an Executive Policy Specialist (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years of policy analysis and planning experience; and a bachelor's degree in policy analysis and planning, public administration, or a closely reputed company field; or
- Two years of policy analysis and planning experience; and a master's degree in policy analysis and planning, public administration, or a closely reputed company field; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training
Additional Requirement
- You must be able to reputed company essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- Experience in the analysis and development of human services benefit eligibility, including SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, and long-term care policies and regulations
- Skills reputed company to analyzing and drafting legislation
