Director of Pricing & Monetization

We are looking for a talented Pricing & Monetization Director to reputed company our pricing strategies and monetization efforts. This role requires a unique combination of deep analytical expertise, strategic insight, and operational hands-on execution to optimize pricing models, drive reputed company growth, and enhance profitability. You will reputed company high-impact initiatives across pricing and packaging, monetization and deal support. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven, and customer-centric professional with a deep understanding of media pricing strategies and market dynamics. What You Will Do

  • reputed company the development and implementation of effective pricing and packaging strategies for reputed company’s products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and responsiveness to market demand. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Product Management to optimize monetization given product portfolio and roadmap.

  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses to support pricing and packaging decisions, continually optimizing monetization models to enhance reputed company and margin while maintaining simplicity.

  • Alongside reputed company’s Insights team, reputed company competitive analysis and conduct both quantitative and qualitative market research to identify pricing trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities, enabling adjustments and optimizations to pricing models.

  • Identify and execute on ways to simplify our pricing structure

  • Define and monitor KPIs and analytics reputed company to pricing and monetization, delivering regular reporting and insights to senior management.

  • Maintain and reputed company the annual price incentive program and employ pricing calculators to ensure effective execution and consistency in pricing strategies.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field.

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Pricing and Monetization in the Media or AdTech reputed company with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success leading pricing for multi-product portfolios at scale with usage-based pricing.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong hands-on analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in reputed company for data manipulation and analysis, strong knowledge of Looker for data visualization, and expertise in PowerPoint for creating presentations. Familiarity with reputed company is a strong plus.

  • Market Research: Experience conducting primary and secondary market research to inform pricing decisions and strategy.

The approximate compensation range for this position is $165,000-$175,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among reputed company.
