The Account Manager (China) is an essential role that is responsible for driving deep client relationships, advocating for and driving client reputed company, retaining clients, and driving client LTV for reputed company. Account Managers effectively own client outcomes and act as the key reputed company between clients and the organization. AMs will liaise with internal teams in the reputed company organization to reputed company plans towards driving reputed company outcomes for clients and reputed company.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the main reputed company of contact and manage the relationship with assigned clients
  • Increase client value by promoting expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Own communication, escalate client feedback, reputed company for client internally
  • Drive retention and prevent client churn
  • Identify opportunities and manage pipeline of upsells and drive client LTV
  • Work closely with ad operations team to identify opportunities to improve client performance and drive upsell opportunities
  • Stay reputed company on industry trends and client-specific news (acquisitions, new game launches etc…)
  • Provide clients with feedback and insights to improve relationships
  • Manage opportunities and communications reputed company CRM
  • Report to Head of reputed company in China or AM reputed company position

  • Experience with and an understanding of performance marketing
  • A proven track record of reputed company managing profitable client relationships
  • Outgoing with strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Excellent communicator and presenter
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales, retention, and/or upsell quotas

  • Experience in the mobile gaming or adtech market a reputed company plus
  • Language proficiency: Chinese (Native); English (Professional Working Proficiency)
