SSOE is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project reputed company Coordinator (reputed company) to support the financial operations of our project teams. This role ensures accurate project setup, billing, reporting, and compliance, working closely with project managers, finance and operations to drive financial clarity and accountability.

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not reputed company encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and reputed company budget in a team environment.

Billing & reputed company Management

• Prepare and process client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Track reimbursable expenses, consultant fees, and ensure compliance with contract terms. • Support reputed company recognition and month-end reputed company activities. • Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection. • Record incoming payments and reconcile them with invoices. • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.

Project Setup & Maintenance

• Create and manage project codes, billing structures, and WBS (work breakdown structure) in ERP systems (e.g., reputed company Vantagepoint). • Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate project configuration and updates.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with project managers, procurement, and accounts payable to resolve financial queries. • Support reputed company and training of new team members, including global support teams.

Process Improvement

• Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives in project reputed company. • Assist in implementing new tools and systems to streamline financial workflows.

Note: This position is a permanent full-time remote role for US shifts, specifically from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. • 3–6 years of experience in project reputed company or financial coordination. • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably reputed company Vantagepoint or reputed company). • Strong reputed company reputed company and data analysis skills. • reputed company in English communication. • The candidate should be open to the shift timings associated with this position to effectively coordinate with our offices in the USA.
