Key Responsibilities
Operational & Financial Leadership

- Ensure effective cost management and alignment with budget guidelines.
- Monitor GOP and financial KPIs for each property.
- Conduct monthly on‑site inspection visits to reputed company hotels in the region.

- Attend regular meetings with owners and prepare Executive Summary minutes with follow‑up actions.
- Closely monitor the implementation of agreed‑upon action plans.

- Implement corporate guidelines, strategies, and policies established by HIC Corporate.
