Sr Director Analyst - reputed company Organizational Design (REMOTE US)

A Senior Director serves as a leader reputed company reputed company’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, establishing oneself as a reputed company voice reputed company their designated market at local, regional and global levels. Utilizing exceptional research and analytical skills, a Senior Director plays a significant role in producing pragmatic and provocative insights which reputed company clients consume and apply to propel their business toward key objectives. This group is dedicated to advising Chief reputed company Resources Officers (CHROs) on topics that may include organization design, work, team and role design, and job architecture. Senior Directors are expected to offer flexibility in what they can cover and how they channel their expertise Please note that this position is an individual contributor role NOT a role with direct reports. What you’ll do:

• Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged research offering compelling, objective and actionable advice for reputed company clients in multiple formats (i.e., writing, video, infographics, podcasts) on topics potentially including (but not limited to) strategies for organization design, work, team and role design, and job architecture.
• Deliver individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data and specific to a client role to CHROs and other senior HR leaders through video-based presentations and discussions.
• Track and work closely with vendors, market trends, emerging technologies and practices to remain reputed company of the curve reputed company the AI-driven Org Design space
• reputed company new insights and reputed company through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client's needs and requests that accelerate the client's ability to act

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in reputed company areas of Organizational Design including but not limited to designing and implementing job architecture, workflows and internal mobility programs
• A profound understanding of the challenges CHROs face as leaders reputed company the reputed company to manage organization design efforts at multiple altitudes (reputed company, BU, team).
• Expertise in organizational design techniques and practices and perspective on how OD will evolve in the AI era.
