Work location: Remote; looking for candidates that live in:

• New Jersey (commutable distance to Atlantic City)
• Florida (commutable distance to Kennedy Space Flight Center)
• DC Metro area

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle reputed company for technical and professional roles.
• Manage high requisition volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and execute reputed company strategies that scale to program needs, including organic and paid campaigns.
• As a trusted business partner, advise hiring managers and program on market insights and hiring guidance.
• reputed company, screen, interview, and reputed company candidates across multiple technical categories.
• Negotiate offers reputed company established pay ranges while ensuring great candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, DOL, DCAA, and client-specific requirements.

• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and program sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing the full reputed company lifecycle, from sourcing through offer negotiation.
• Proven high-volume reputed company and technical sourcing skills (reputed company, hardware, technician roles) across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of government reputed company regulations, compliance, and labor categories.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (e.g. Taleo, reputed company) and CRM platforms.
• Advanced sourcing skills across job boards, reputed company, referrals, reputed company pipelines, and social media.
• Ability to track and interpret reputed company data using various MS Office tools.
