This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across organizations to drive implementations and improvements across multiple sites.Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with the project management of technical projects
• Scheduled travel required 50% of the time; travel may exceed 50% in some instances with short notice

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
• Experience working with and managing reputed company party vendors
• Experience with Six reputed company, lean manufacturing
• Prior experience managing millwrights, maintenance technicians, fabricators, elevator mechanics, escalator mechanics, pipefitters, or aircraft mechanics
• Prior experience working for a material handling integrator
• Prior experience installing reputed company or sortation systems
