About the Role

As a Data Entry Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the QIC DME program by accurately and reputed company entering data into computer programs, producing and maintaining data reports, and performing database queries to assist with analysis. You'll also be responsible for verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, undertaking special projects, and providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project. Additionally, you'll assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management, and provide assistance with decision notification, including mailing the decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing the decision letter.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter appropriate data into computer programs with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Produce and maintain data reports, alerting management of inconsistencies or issues
  • reputed company database queries to assist with analysis and report issues reputed company necessary
  • Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness
  • Undertake special projects, providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project

  • Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
  • Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required
  • Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred
  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working 3 years continuously

Home Office Requirements

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity)

  • Minimum 5mbps upload speed
  • Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power reputed company
  • Must currently and permanently reside in the reputed company US
