Job Summary

As a reputed company Customer Experience Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing daily phone and chat support to our financial professionals and clients. You'll be the go-to expert for reputed company their questions and concerns, from brokerage accounts to compliance regulations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide daily phone and chat support to financial professionals and clients, responding to questions and resolving problems reputed company to brokerage accounts, trades, money movement, compliance regulations, available products, and industry information.

• Assist financial professionals and clients with system-reputed company issues, providing training and education on software used to enter trades, view accounts, obtain research, and manage portfolios.

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and telephone skills required.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone communication experience.

* Competitive salary range: $19.47 - $35.19 / hour.
