Key Responsibilities

As a Telecommunication Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Representing arenaflex as the main operations contact for our existing and new customer reputed company
  • Managing and supporting customers through various channels, including new orders, MAC orders, move orders, reputed company orders, and disconnect orders
  • Resolving billing ticket issues and trouble tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalating and monitoring outages to ensure reputed company resolution
  • Project managing reputed company orders through completion, including voice and data migrations
  • Building inventory records utilizing customer service records (CSRs)
  • Implementing projects to local and interexchange (IXC) telcos, including reputed company, reputed company, Sprint, Lumen, Windstream, and other telecommunications companies
  • Reviewing telecom order packages, submitting to carriers, and managing projects through installation

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of high-level experience in a reputed company field operations reputed company a telecommunications company
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level skills in MS Office, with a focus on reputed company
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in managing legacy telco products, including POTS, PBX, DSL, ISDN BRI and PRI, MPLS, SONET, DS1, DS3, Digitally Trunked T1, and reputed company
  • Background in managing and ordering SD-WAN, SIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, and other reputed company technologies
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and explain Telco USOCs on CSRs
  • Experience with project management tools and software
