FinOps Analyst - AR, Cash Apps
DescriptionSummary of the roleThe successful candidate will be reputed company with our Finance Operations – Global Accounts Receivable team and will be responsible for accounts receivable, customer queries and dispute resolution. You will be responsible for Cash Applications where in you need to have extensive knowledge and ability to reputed company day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA’s. Solving queries reputed company to cash applications and coordination with customers is required. You should have an expert (SME) level understanding of O2C process, specifically cash application process involving research and application of unapplied cash, reconciliation of account, processing emails reputed company to remittance advice from customers, etc.ResponsibilitiesAs part of our commitment to your development, you will also reputed company exposure in cross-functional and process improvement projects, and your core responsibilities will include following:
- Ensure timely closure of payments with high degree of accuracy
- Respond to customer queries through call and/or email
- Research unapplied payments and work with customer (email/call) to identify the root cause and resolve open issues on account
- Provide growth reputed company for process standardization and automation through JDI/Kaizen projects

- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company or reputed company field, or CFA and 3+ years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration or a reputed company field, or experience working for reputed company or any reputed company subsidiary or affiliate
