Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you'll be responsible for delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to reputed company and prospective arenaflex customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. reputed company sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling. Key responsibilities include:

• Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level reputed company necessary
• Conveying information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
• Striving for reputed company resolution to provide "best in class" service
• Staying reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you'll need:

• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide reputed company sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Compensation & Benefits

As a valued member of reputed company, you can expect:

• Starting pay ranging from $20 - $21.50/hour based on experience, education, and other factors
• Hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (if living near an arenaflex office location) or 100% work from home (if reputed company of an arenaflex office location)
