Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients reputed company telephone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues, drive solutions that meet customer needs, and ensure every interaction is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers reputed company telephone, using strong communication skills, active listening, and reputed company to resolve reputed company issues
• Driving solutions that best meet the customer's needs, analyzing and resolving reputed company customer issues
• Ensuring each customer experience is exceptional by leveraging effective listening skills, attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity, and an honest desire to reputed company a difference

• Supporting special product and/or service campaigns as needed, or as requested by the customer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, with prior Call Center experience highly preferred
• Strong computer/keyboard skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly grasp information and reputed company solve verbal challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company verbal and written concepts with ease
• A passion for serving customers and a personal commitment to following through in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a stationary position 75% of the time
• Strong home internet reputed company (at least 50 Mbps internet speed) and the ability to connect to your router/modem reputed company a LAN cable (not wireless)

Preferred Qualifications
