Your Role We are seeking a results-driven Account & Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) market. The role involves a strategic balance of recruiting, managing and growing existing key machine builders, integrators and OEM accounts while actively driving new end-user (manufacturers) business acquisition through strategic prospecting and sales initiatives. This position may involve managing distributors in the region, and may also include supporting key opportunities in India and/or China. Proficiency in Malay, Vietnamese or Mandarin is a significant advantage for daily client communication. Your Technical Skills: ● Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for B2B executives ● Proficient user of CRM software for pipeline management and accurate forecasting ● Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers ● Technical knowledge of robots or automation systems ● Proven understanding of the ASEAN business environment and cultural nuances is highly desirable ● Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Job Conditions Full-time permanent remote position, to be filled as soon as possible Ability to travel frequently across the ASEAN region to meet clients and partners Compensation based on profile and experience.
