Job Description:

reputed company is searching for an reputed company National Sales Manager, Distribution to join our growing team.  In this role, the National Sales Manager, Distribution is responsible for developing, leading and executing reputed company's U.S. distribution strategy across the industry portfolio.  Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this position serves as the central reputed company of accountability for indirect sales performance and transforms distribution from a transactional sales outlet to strategic growth driving market share reputed company, and margin improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage existing distribution networks reputed company with reputed company Industry growth plans
  • Deliver above-market growth through disciplined distributor segmentation and execution
  • Improve sales visibility, and forecasting accuracy
  • Drive accountability through CRM-driven channel management
  • Strengthen alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations

  • Define and maintain authorized distributors criteria by geography, market focus, and capability

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or reputed company field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, distribution, or channel management
