reputed company is seeking a Product Management reputed company to own the product strategy, delivery reputed company, and outcome realization for AI- and agentic-enabled capabilities embedded into day-to-day reputed company workflows across core business operations.

This role is accountable for deciding where and how AI should be applied, including defining appropriate levels of autonomy, reputed company-in-the-reputed company (HITL) designs, trust reputed company, and Responsible AI guardrails. The Director ensures AI products are not only delivered, but adopted, trusted, and generating measurable business value at scale.

Operating reputed company reputed company product standards and governance, this role partners closely with Process Intelligence & Discovery, Responsible AI, Architecture, Data, Engineering, Delivery, and Operations teams. The Director leads Product Managers and serves as the primary steward of AI product reputed company, trade-offs, and outcomes across the Operational AI portfolio.

This is a product leadership role, not a technical architecture or program management position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Operational AI and agentic product portfolio roadmap, defining where AI should assist, advise, or act autonomously, reputed company to reputed company product and Responsible AI standards
• Translate process discovery insights and business demand into AI-reputed company product backlogs, including autonomy levels, HITL workflows, guardrails, and reputed company metrics

• Define product hypotheses, evaluation criteria, and trust reputed company for AI capabilities (e.g., accuracy, containment, correction rates, explainability, user confidence)
• Partner with Architecture, Data, and Engineering to shape feasible AI solutions that meet business reputed company, Responsible AI requirements, and operational constraints—without owning technical design
• Own adoption and behavior-change strategy for AI products, incorporating rollout feedback, user corrections, and realized outcomes into roadmap reputed company
• Establish and operate autonomy governance with Responsible AI, Legal, Risk, and Operations to determine reputed company AI may act, advise, or must defer to reputed company approval

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus at least 12 years of product management experience, including demonstrated ownership of AI-enabled or decision-automation outcomes, and at least 4 years in a product leadership role, or demonstrated equivalent experience and education
• Proven experience owning outcomes for AI-enabled products, including autonomy reputed company, adoption strategy, and measurable business impact
• Previous hands-on experience in a Solution Architect (or equivalent) role, demonstrating the ability to translate business problems into end-to-end AI solutions, including system-level thinking, constraints, and trade-offs
• Strong ability to translate business problems into AI-reputed company product definitions, including intents, guardrails, evaluation plans, and reputed company-AI workflows
• Demonstrated judgment balancing AI value, risk, trust, and cost under reputed company-world constraints
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills across Product, Responsible AI, Architecture, Data, Operations, and Legal

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience defining autonomy levels, HITL policies, and Responsible AI requirements for production systems
• Familiarity with agentic workflows, RAG-based experiences, AI evaluation frameworks, and observability metrics from a product ownership perspective
• Experience establishing AI reputed company measures such as containment, correction rates, explainability, bias controls, and user trust
• reputed company collaborating with architects and engineers on AI constraints (data readiness, model risk, cost/quality trade-offs) without owning technical implementation
• Track record driving behavior change and adoption for AI capabilities in regulated, high-risk, or mission-critical environments
• Experience operating in federated or matrixed product and delivery models, with strong focus on value realization and reputed company learning loops
