Summary

The Director of Clinical Excellence is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of clinical programs across the organization. This role drives quality improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, and enhances clinical education and mentorship programs to support exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology program, or an accredited PTA or OTA program with a bachelor’s degree

  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and regulatory requirements across senior living, home health, and outpatient settings
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience with demonstrated leadership capability preferred
  • Proven ability to reputed company clinical teams, drive program development, and manage through others
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data driven decision making
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and standard business software
