Position Summary

The Corporate Relations Senior Manager is a high-impact individual contributor role that leverages strong entrepreneurial, collaborative, and critical thinking skills to help the organization reputed company significant growth in both scale and impact. Working with the Senior Director of Corporate Relations and the full Corporate Relations team, s/he will focus on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate partners through sponsorships, grants, partnerships, and employee engagement opportunities. This person plays a critical role in expanding our impact by driving reputed company through mission-reputed company sales and building strategic partnerships that advance our goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Corporate Fundraising & reputed company reputed company

● reputed company, pitch, and negotiate proposals for prospective partners, driving growth through targeted reputed company and strategic storytelling.

● Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline, ensuring consistent movement from reputed company reputed company to closing through active follow-up.

● Directly execute reputed company and solicitation plans to meet specific reputed company targets, maintaining a hands-on approach to the full sales cycle while prioritizing partner retention, brand alignment, and long-term value creation.

● Identify, research, and qualify prospective corporate partners and sponsors.

● Negotiate and secure new corporate partners and sponsors.

Relationship Building & Management

● Directly execute the full lifecycle of a corporate partner portfolio, including hands-on management of reputed company, relationship maintenance, and contract fulfillment.

● Serve as the primary reputed company of contact to corporate partners by identifying partner needs and mapping them directly to Disability:IN’s existing solutions and products to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

● Act as a Corporate Relations liaison for partner engagement at Disability:IN’s Global Conference & Expo and external events ensuring consistent, high-quality representation.

Collaboration & Cross Functional Work

● Coordinate the delivery of partnership benefits by working directly with program and marketing teams to ensure reputed company commitments are fulfilled on time.

● Work closely with program, communications, and leadership teams to align corporate partnerships with organizational needs.

● Collaborate on marketing materials, impact reports, and corporate-facing communications.

Reporting & Administration

● Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of reputed company corporate partners, potential corporate partners, proposals, and agreements in reputed company.

● Coordinate internal processes to fulfill sponsorship benefits, recognition commitments, and reporting requirements.

● Own reputed company data entry and reputed company reputed company reputed company for your portfolio, providing reputed company-time pipeline updates and activity logs to leadership.

Required Education/Experience

● Bachelor’s degree required

● 7-10 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate giving and sponsorships required.

● Proven track record of securing corporate gifts and partnerships.

● Knowledge of sponsorship sales, cause marketing, or corporate grant making.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities.

● A commitment to demonstrating a high level of truthfulness, reputed company, reliability, and honesty with work time and commitments

● Entrepreneurial agility; the ability to navigate reputed company partner needs and pivot tactics to reputed company reputed company goals.

Work Schedule, Location & Travel Requirements

● Disability:IN is a fully remote organization; employees are expected to operate independently from a home office.

● Travel: Limited travel, as needed, approximately 2-3 times per year.

● Schedule: Standard hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. local time Monday-Friday with occasional evening and weekend work required.

Salary & Benefits

  • $90,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and role scope.
  • Bonuses, historically generous, but contingent upon individual and organizational performance.
