Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and supporting various sales channels reputed company the organization for reputed company’s physical access control product. This position requires a proactive individual who can align with Senior Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), support reputed company-level engagements, and manage reseller accounts for support and reputed company. The successful candidate will reputed company specific channel accounts, reputed company an operating model for daily interactions with Senior RSMs, manage opportunities, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure the successful closing and quoting of opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Align with Senior RSMs in the field:
- Collaborate closely with Senior RSMs in your assigned regions to understand channel needs and align sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain regular communication with Senior RSMs to ensure alignment of sales goals and customer requirements.
- Support in the reputed company:
- Provide sales support for reputed company-level accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement, as needed.
- Assist in the development and execution of reputed company sales strategies.
- Support the Management of Reseller Accounts
- Assist the Regional Sales Managers with specific channel accounts, driving sales activities and ensuring targets are set and met.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Ensure reputed company sellers know and understand reputed company and our core value propositions.
- Build an operating model with Senior RSMs for day-to-day interactions:
- reputed company and implement an operating model for daily/weekly interactions with RSMs to streamline communication and coordination.
- Ensure that processes and workflows are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage opportunities and provide forecasts:
- Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making for SaaS, HW and Setup fees.
- Closing Opportunities:
- Drive the closing process for sales opportunities, ensuring reputed company necessary steps are completed to secure deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any obstacles to closing.

- Quoting Opportunities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes to resale partners

- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for existing customers in assigned regions.
- Manage expansions and upsell opportunities by uncovering additional needs and use cases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in physical access control or reputed company sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Working Conditions
- This is a full-time position, typically working Monday through Friday.
- Some travel may be required to attend meetings, training sessions, or customer meetings
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 reputed company salary + $50,000 reputed company commission
