Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Retail Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company at Store #3142 in Clinton, IA. As a key member of our retail store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Follow and reputed company sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse

- Stock shelves and set up displays

Essential Qualifications:
* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
