The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, while also driving sales growth and reputed company. You will be responsible for:
- Providing quality service and insurance recommendations to reputed company and prospective customers
- Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level reputed company necessary
- Conveying information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
- Striving for reputed company resolution to provide "best in class" service
- Staying reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Sell P&C insurance products to customers, identifying opportunities and presenting solutions that meet their needs
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide reputed company sponsorship for this position

* Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications

* Competitive hourly reputed company: $20 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience and education
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
