Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships, and recommending personalized banking solutions to meet our customers' needs. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice and guidance to help them reputed company their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
- Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
- Adhere to reputed company operational, reputed company, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation

Basic Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
