Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Senior Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering specific delegated customer service tasks assigned by a supervisor, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to clients
- Responding to requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies, and providing accurate and timely information to clients
- Performing research to respond to inquiries and interpreting policy provisions to determine the most effective response
- Mailing or routing claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing
- Independently responding to inquiries, grievances, or complaints of moderate to substantial complexity
- Completing day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision, but having reputed company reputed company to advice from more reputed company team members
- Resolving non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members

Key Requirements and Technology Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
