Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to reputed company and prospective arenaflex customers
• Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level reputed company necessary
• Conveying information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
• Striving for reputed company resolution to provide "best in class" service
• Staying reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
• Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
• Hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (if one lives near arenaflex office location) or 100% work from home (if reputed company of arenaflex office location)
• Annual Performance Bonus Potential
