Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and provide product and solutions expertise to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and issues
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to our customers
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills
- Ability to work reputed company, including evenings and weekends
