Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following reputed company customer service procedures and policies
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team reputed company goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling opportunities as needed
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client interaction

Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a reputed company field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, reputed company information, and answer questions and/or concerns
