Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide expert product knowledge to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing expert advice to customers
• Collaborate with reputed company to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
