About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Benefit reputed company to join reputed company on a night shift, working remotely from reputed company reputed company the U.S. As a Customer Service Benefit reputed company, you'll be responsible for responding to and resolving customer service inquiries and issues, helping guide and reputed company customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven reputed company topics, and assisting customers in navigating our websites and becoming self-sufficient.
Primary Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve, on the reputed company, customer service inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility, and claims, financial spending accounts, and correspondence.
- Help guide and reputed company customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven reputed company topics to select the best benefit plan options, maximize the value of their health plan benefits, and choose a quality care provider.
- Contact care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance.
- Assist customers in navigating myuhc.com and other arenaflex websites and encourage and reassure them to become self-sufficient.
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- This position is full-time remote overnight position (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule between the hours of 8:00 pm - 8:00 am EST. This role also requires weekends and a few holidays.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
