Job Duties
As a Customer Experience Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying reputed company and identity solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and reputed company experience with our products and services. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and testing operating systems-level software compilers, and network distribution software to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Planning, architecting, deploying, or supporting reputed company client/server or reputed company software systems to ensure scalability and reliability
- Setting operational specifications and formulating and analyzing software requirements to meet customer needs
- Establishing standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes to ensure comprehensive and scalable recovery plans across multiple groups and services
- Developing or contributing to creating implementation, validation, and rollback plans to ensure smooth deployment and minimal downtime
- Leading investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, IT, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field
Experience:
36 months of experience in any computer-reputed company occupation
Specific Skills:
36 months of experience in each of the following: + Azure Services + Azure + Azure Active Directory + Azure AD Connect + Active Directory Federation Services
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, IT, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company and identity solutions
- Certification in Azure, Azure Active Directory, or reputed company technologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company, compliance, and governance

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- reputed company pay range: $182,312 to $212,312 per year
