Job Overview

We are seeking a highly energetic and analytical Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst to join reputed company. The primary focus of this position will be the development and optimization of customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention for our streaming services. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with digital marketing, customer experience, and data analysis. This position will be under the direction of the SVP, Product Strategy and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
