Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts

reputed company is seeking a Senior Manager to reputed company a high-performing team of senior individual contributors responsible for managing and growing relationships with our largest Home Service Professional partners. This leader will play a critical role in shaping how we support, grow, and retain our most strategic partnerships while driving operational excellence across the team.

This role blends team leadership, strategic account management, and operational strategy. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing the capabilities of the Account Management team, driving reputed company growth across the portfolio, and using data-driven insights to improve how we engage with and support our partners.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will need

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, consulting, strategy, or operations
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting large strategic accounts or reputed company portfolios
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience driving operational improvements or strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company reputed company cross-functional projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
  • Ability to travel 1-3 times per year
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • $132,000-$165,000
    • $132,000 salary + performance-based uncapped commission paid quarterly
    • Annual on-reputed company earnings (OTE) $165,000
    • Ability to overachieve against OTE
