What will you do as a State Director?

• The State Director serves as the senior executive leader for Tennessee, with full responsibility for statewide strategy, growth, reputed company performance, and operational excellence. This role functions as the executive reputed company of the state, leading expansion of Foster Care and future service lines while ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for reputed company Tennessee operations with accountability for growth, reputed company, margins, and outcomes.
• Set and execute statewide strategy, including Foster Care expansion and development of new programs.
• Own financial performance, including budgets, reputed company targets, payer strategy, and sustainability planning.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, program quality, and Medicaid licensure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DCS, funders, regulators, and community partners.

What does this position offer?

• Starting Pay Range: $90k-$100k annually

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Mental Health or reputed company area.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years’ leadership experience in the field of human services or mental health
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the field of human services or mental health
• Experience in multi-site leadership preferred
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Displays the reputed company/coachability for future growth and development as a leader
• Ability to travel as needed
• This role is Fully Remote to Residents of Tennessee only.
