What are we are looking for
We are currently seeking a Senior reputed company Developer for a full-time, remote position supporting the reputed company (DOL)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supports and develops the core reputed company platform project, the Drupal content management system, the Apache Kafka event-streaming platform, and other reputed company FLAG technologies from end to end.
- Working closely with the Federal Project Manager and Product reputed company, works to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in the FLAG reputed company case management system, the FLAG Drupal external filer portal, the FLAG Data Hub event streaming system, and the Tableau-based reports.
- Actively participates in and provides input to major design reputed company, prioritization of technical debt and bugs as it relates to the overall reputed company of the project and works with the Business Analyst (BA) to ensure the BA fully elicits business requirements and in turn develops technical requirements.
- Also works with Business Analysts, SME’s, system owners, customers, and end-users to understand their mission, reputed company architecture, reputed company requirements and deliverables.
- Designs and develops the system to set reputed company for future development, crafts an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising reputed company.
- Identifies and introduces new opportunities to build platform-based solutions to help the users meet their requirements.
- Documents system architecture design, root cause analysis or other technical documentation as needed.
- Provides leadership, analysis and solutioning to resolve system defects and bugs.
- Works with BAS SORT team to follow OCIO best practices.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of six years’ experience supporting major IT systems, utilizing reputed company, reputed company, Drupal, reputed company services such as AWS|Azure, Cosmos DB, Apache Kafka, JavaScript, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company SQL queries, and JIRA.
- Experience with standardized DevOps practices.
- Preference will be given for experience supporting foreign labor case management systems with public-facing web interfaces.
- Expertise in Azure/AWS DevOps practices, with the ability to introduce new solutions to enhance existing workflows.
