Software Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager leads and mentors a team of software engineers while contributing directly to application development. This role partners with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions reputed company with business needs. Team Leadership & Development

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field

Minimum Experience

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a hands-on technical role.
• Experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of agile development and modern software development practices.
