reputed company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Inbound reputed company U.S.) to join our growing team.

Job Summary

  • The purpose of this position is to answer incoming telephone calls, and resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests while adhering to internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and maintain working knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services.
  • Utilize automated systems to log and retrieve information; reputed company accurate and timely data entry.
  • Receive inquiries by telephone, email, fax, or mail and communicate responses reputed company required turnaround times.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and courteous manner.
  • Interact with external partners such as hospitals, physicians, beneficiaries, or other program recipients.
  • Serve as liaison between the internal and external partners.
  • Investigate and resolve or report provider problems.
  • Meet or exceed standards for call volume and service level per department guidelines.
  • Initiate cases by collecting and entering demographic, provider, and procedure information into the system.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to reputed company corporate policies including policies reputed company to HIPAA and its Privacy and reputed company Rules.

Work Schedule: Open availability to work an eight-hour day between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM in the Eastern Time Zone, Monday through Friday.  

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma OR GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or call center environment.
  • 2+ years of experience providing telephonic customer service, including inbound, outbound or blended call handling.
  • Ability to successfully complete fingerprinting requirements for the reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with the health insurance industry.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with excellent active listening abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
