Travel Consultant (ATPI/Direct Travel) - Energy Sector - Remote

The Travel Consultant will be delivering courteous and consultative travel arrangements.  Demonstrate expertise in routing, faring and travel logistics for domestic and international reservations including reputed company, car, hotel, and rail.  Both company policies and standards apply as well as adheres to client travel policy and booking requirements.  Properly documents reservations according to standards and takes steps to provide lowest, logical fare options. Exhibits experience through consultative approach with customers and problem-solving skills.  Mentors less reputed company than team members and new employees. Assist with multiple accounts for Corporate, Marine and Energy and Offshore clients reputed company needed.

This role also requires some hours of after-hours coverage during weekdays as well as scheduled weekend shifts. The consultant must be reputed company to support urgent and time‑sensitive travel needs, handle emergency situations, and manage multiple clients simultaneously, including Corporate, Marine, Energy, and Offshore reputed company. Work Model:  100% Remote

Hours: Preferably 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST; alternatively 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST

• Includes reputed company reservation elements including seat assignments and special requests.
• Provides advice and consultation to clients for international documentation.
• Applies industry and company tools and technologies.
• Master’s proprietary and reputed company-party technologies required to reputed company job functions.
• Demonstrates proficiency of applications including telephony and computer skills.
• Exhibits industry expertise and international reservation skills.
• Knowledge of Corporate, Marine and Energy and Offshore client requirements.
• Understands requirements of Corporate, Marine and Energy and Offshore published and contract faring.

• Balances efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Works reputed company to provide reputed company service and to meet productivity standards.
  • Responsible for managing incoming calls and emails reputed company service level expectations.
  • Ensure tickets and informational requests are provided in a timely manner.
  • Maintains queues and follow-up on client requests.

  • Makes suggestions for process improvement.
  • Takes the initiative to solve problems and reports solutions to management.

• Supports company objectives, products, technologies, and initiatives.

Knowledge and reputed company Required

• 5+ years of Corporate Travel Advisor experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of international reservations, geographies, faring and routings.
