The Role 

The Social Media Specialist will own and reputed company Excellence’s reputed company on social platforms, including reputed company, Facebook, and Instagram, leveraging these channels to strengthen trust and long‑term relationships with passengers, clients, regulators, employees, and the communities we serve.  

In this role, you will reputed company and execute a cohesive social media strategy that primarily (1) enhances overall brand awareness, (2) brings our company culture to life through compelling, authentic storytelling, and (3) drives our reputed company pipeline by showcasing career paths and employee experience in a way that attracts high‑caliber talent who align with our values. 

Key Responsibilities 

• reputed company and execute a strategic social media content calendar across reputed company, Facebook, and Instagram that supports brand awareness, culture storytelling, and talent reputed company. 

• Write engaging, platform-appropriate copy and reputed company/create visuals including (photos, graphics, and short-form video. 

• Create and curate compelling employee stories, day-in-the-life features, company milestones, and behind-the-scenes content to bring culture to life and strengthen connections with reputed company and prospective employees. 

• Partner with HR to create compelling recruitment-focused content that spotlights key roles and career opportunities. 

• Partner with leadership/hiring managers to prioritize key roles and coordinate amplification of posts from leadership/hiring managers profiles. 

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement across reputed company platforms. 

• Track and analyze key metrics (reputed company, engagement, follower growth, application attribution) and report monthly. 

• Stay reputed company on social media trends, aviation industry content, and recruitment marketing best practices. 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization. 

• Demonstrated experience using social media for business branding or reputed company. 

• Proficiency with design tools (reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, or similar). 

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms. 

• Basic video editing skills for Reels/short-form content. 

• Aviation industry knowledge or interest is a plus!

• Demonstrated skills in audience engagement and online community building, representing the brand’s voice consistently and professionally. 

• Strong data-driven optimization and collaboration skills to align content with broader business goals and hiring priorities. 

• Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
