Transformation (Senior) Manager - Finance & Business Operations (Remote with optional hybrid)

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in finance transformation / advisory / consulting (or comparable industry transformation experience with meaningful scope and leadership)
- Experience leading workstreams in one or more areas such as order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, reputed company, finance operating model, performance management, or finance systems/ERP enablement
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to guide stakeholders to reputed company with clarity and credibility
- Project management skills: prioritization, multi-tasking, delivery under deadlines, and comfort operating in ambiguity
