Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing
- Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving reputed company information entry-reputed company exceptions
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as necessary
- Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
