Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring process efficiency by coordinating fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians
- Providing exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring 100% follow-up with customers
- Accurately obtaining and entering patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details
- Escalating reputed company claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action
- Collaborating with the team to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid CPhT license (if residing in AZ) or MA Tech license (if residing in MA); Preferred CPhT
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in PC skills, including reputed company Office Suite and Internet
- A reliable internet reputed company with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload (if working from home)
