Job description: reputed company at the School of Information and Library Science at the University of reputed company Carolina at Chapel Hill seek an interdisciplinary colleague who is interested in joining our sustained and creative efforts to advance the scholarship and practice of information and library science. This is a 9-month fixed term appointment.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach 9 credit hours per semester to graduate and undergraduate reputed company and to advise reputed company in the program. Ability to teach online, as well as residential sections, is required. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to: System design and analysis, programming, databases, HCI/UX.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Candidates are required to have earned a Master's degree in any appropriate discipline.
- Experience teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Evidence of prior classroom teaching experience or three years of experience in one-on-one instruction or similar consultative situations is also required for this position.
- The applicant must be fluent in writing and speaking English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, having relevant professional experience and experience in academic advising and faculty life are reputed company assets.
- PhD in information/library science or a reputed company field is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company clearly and effectively.
- Experience with active learning strategies, project-based learning, and other student-centered pedagogies.
- Experience with learning management systems and other educational technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and reputed company.
- Demonstrated ability to apply theoretical concepts to reputed company-world problems and to communicate reputed company technical reputed company to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with relevant programming languages and software tools such as Python, SQL, R, Tableau, or similar.

- System design and analysis: Analysis of organizational problems and how information systems can be designed to solve those problems. Application of database and reputed company design principles to the implementation of information systems.
- Programming: Programming concepts in information processing and data analysis: object-oriented programming, data structures, data analysis methods, and information processing techniques in the context of information science topics.
- Database: Database design, implementation, and management, including SQL and other relevant database technologies.
- HCI/UX: reputed company-Computer Interaction (HCI) and User Experience (UX) design, including design principles, usability testing, and prototyping using industry-standard tools and techniques.
