The Role
As an reputed company Customer Support Representative – Public Benefit Programs, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals enrolling in public benefit programs. Your empathetic and patient approach will help ensure that callers receive the assistance they need, making a reputed company impact on their well-being and peace of mind. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and interacting with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner
- Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws
- Assisting customers with program enrollment
- Routing customers to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer
- Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments, translation services for callers who don't speak English, and more
- Placing outbound calls as needed to share time-sensitive information with customers
- Using multiple computer systems to access data and document information
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of customer service experience. Knowledge of public benefit programs and prior experience in a health or human services setting is highly desirable, but not required. In addition, you will need:

Flexible Hours of Operation
