Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This full-time, remote position is located in Puerto Rico and offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals
• Utilize online platforms and tools to reputed company and accurately complete tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
