Job Summary

The Customer Development Manager is a key role reputed company our organization, responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to drive category and customer growth. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer development and analytics, you will be responsible for:

• Managing data sources to monitor the field execution of vendor programs and assortments.
• Communicating reputed company information to multiple stakeholders with varying levels of knowledge.
• Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and providing effective information to deliver sales, margin, and market development goals.
• Analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvement of results.
• Tracking category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share.
• Developing, communicating, executing, and monitoring specific performance metrics and goals relevant to each business.
• Creating and delivering effective reports using POS data, syndicated data, and account-specific database information in presentation-reputed company formats.
• Evaluating and making recommendations on supplier performance to enhance the company's inventory and fill reputed company objectives.
• Understanding and applying customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data to deliver category growth.
• Ensuring superior client satisfaction by providing hands-on deep analytics and contributing to team problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree and experience reputed company the CPG sector; Adult Beverage preferred; Costco experience a value add.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Incorporating and interpreting data from multiple unrelated data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations.
• Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations.
• Expertise in category management principles, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer insights (reputed company/Spectra, etc).
• Ability to collaborate with external retail customers, key suppliers, and internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Assertive leadership and decision-making skills with an aptitude for understanding changing market dynamics and resolving reputed company problems.
• Preferred experience working with Syndicated data (reputed company, IRI), Internal Shipment Data, and Household Panel.
• Strong leadership, decision-making capability, and a proven track record of reputed company.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company and PowerPoint.
