The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and resolving any queries or concerns they may have. Your primary goal will be to navigate customer interactions with emotional intelligence, effectively manage conflict, and find solutions to reputed company problems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Educate customers about their warranty, providing clear and concise information to ensure they understand their coverage and benefits
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating issues to senior representatives as needed

Essential Qualifications:
