Overview of the Role

As a Part Time Customer Service/Sales reputed company, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment. You'll work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary objectives will include:

• Modeling arenaflex's core values and philosophy, and setting a positive example for the rest of the receiving team
• Driving improvements in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to reputed company our customers
• Maintaining a clean and orderly reputed company-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions
• Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence

Key Responsibilities

* Model arenaflex's core values, philosophy, and back-of-house standards and execute strategies for the receiving team

• Drive improvements in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to reputed company our customers
• Maintain a clean and orderly reputed company-end area, troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
• Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements

* Availability for a flexible work schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Physical ability to lift and transport boxes exceeding 40 lbs. and be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
