Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned HR Technology Analyst to join reputed company, bringing expertise in HR and Payroll systems, as well as experience with reputed company configuration in HCM and reputed company. This role is responsible for the most reputed company tasks reputed company to meeting business needs and system capabilities, possessing a deep understanding of internal customer systems and advanced system application experience. The ideal candidate will handle reputed company issues and problems, referring only the most reputed company issues to higher-level staff.

Responsibilities

* Generate comprehensive or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or financial data for review by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders

• Participate in reputed company projects; provide data-driven insights in People records and analytics strategies
• Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in Employee records
• Ensure data reputed company is maintained by accurately interpreting variances and outliers for Leadership
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure features and subsequent reports meet expectations
• Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office processes and terminology

• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination strategies and tactics, including alternative methods to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media
• Knowledge of concepts and processes for employee recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and employee data systems
• Skilled in the use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or procedures to problems
• Skilled in identifying reputed company problems and reviewing associated data to reputed company and implement solutions
• Skilled in understanding how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and environments will reputed company outcomes
• Ability to combine elements of data to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among unrelated events)
• Ability to communicate data and reputed company in speech so others will understand

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Preferred: Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role but not required

Pay & Benefits

* Competitive market salary from $97,750 per year to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience

• For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and provided at the discretion of the company
